Looks like the French goverment has decided to induct Salma Hayek into the National Order of the Legion of Honour with the grade of Chevalier, or “Knight,” pissing off a whole lot of angry Frenchmen in the process.
Critics of the move claim that her knighthood is due to the fact that Salma’s billionaire husband is friends with the French president and that this is nothing more than a political move.
The official reason she’s being given Knighthood, so the French government says, is due to all of the charitable organizations she has helped over the years.
Personally, if I was the French government, I’d give her Knight status to honor her awesome rack, which in my opinion, is the finest set of boobs to grace Hollywood in a long ass time.
